TI's Clock & Timing group has an exciting opportunity for a Product Marketing Director to join our team based in Santa Clara, CA.
The successful candidate will contribute to all phases of product marketing with primary responsibilities including:
- Manage a team of marketing managers covering TI's portfolio of clocks, RF PLL/synthesizer
- Work closely with product development teams and key customers to define new products
- Establish region specific and application specific growth plans
- Understand system requirements, future trends, key customers, and emerging technologies
- Develop and maintain relationships with business & technology leaders at key customers
- Generate and maintain product collateral and conduct product training for customers and field
- Develop go-to-market plan and launch new products & solutions
- Develop and manage pricing strategy for new and released products
- Work closely with regional teams to drive and track new business opportunities
- Develop credible short-term and long-term revenue forecast and track quarterly backlog
Minimum Requirements:
o Minimum of 10
years product marketing experience
o Knowledge of clock & timing markets strongly preferred
o Successful track record of working with development teams to define and launch new products
o Proven success in developing and executing product business plans
o Ability to travel up to 25-30%
o BSEE required, MSEE/MBA preferred
